I´m training karate style called Goju Ryu for last seven years. I won some contest in my country, but I never do it so professionaly like these guys on the video. For now I don´t have so much time (school, work, etc.) but I like this sport. If I have a time, I seek to train at least once or twice a week.
Karate is a life phyloshophy which learn me a lot of very important things like respect, self-control, self-restraint, submission, meekness, patience and more other.
