Planning, preparing and realisation of projects mainly in bodyshop area and connecting conveyor technology.

Projects management:

• Integration of new vehicle models AU546/ AU616 into Bodyshop conveyors systems including extention and modification of existing conveyors systems (electrical overhead monorail system and skid conveyor systems).
• Integration on new electric vehicle model PO546 into connecting conveyor technology with modification of existing conveyors systems incl. converter

Planning, preparing and realisation of projects mainly in paint shop area and connecting conveyor technology. Cooperation with all plant departments to reach project targets (budget, schedule, quality) and satisfaction of intern customer.

Part of projects:

• Building of high-bay storage with 3 new rail-guided stacker cranes between bodyshop, paintshop and assembly line with adaptation
  of existing conveyor systems and technology
• New skids supply and skids modifications
• Extension of high-bay storage (Alley 4)
• New skid conveyor connection (Full-Flexibilisation) between old and new high-bay storage

Projects management:

• Extension of high-bay storage with new rail-guided stacker cranes between bodyshop and paintshop with adaptation of existing conveyor systems
• Skids modifications with preparing of manual control gauge
• Move of Finish-Rubberband
• Disassembly and scrapping of conveyor technology in bodyshop

Part of projects:

• New skid conveyor bridge between bodyshop and high-bay storage
• Extension of high-bay storage (after paintshop)
• New skid conveyor connection (bridge and tunnel) between highbay storage after paintshop and assembly line
• Extension of Finish (Assembly line - Rubberband)

Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

• Evaluation and developing reliability of suppliers product quality
• Solving problems with non conform delivered parts
• Secure production line and ensure conform parts - communicate with suppliers and request of
  sorting actions
• Checking all points of open 8D for Quality notices in internal Supplier quality tracking system (SQTS) and checking identification of root causes and permanent corrective actions for open problems with delivered parts of all plant suppliers
• Managing of Quarantine stock and work with stock system BPCS
• Evaluation of suppliers on weekly and monthly bases - creating RPPM reports and internal reports
• Revision of documentation and files, checking records, creating of Cost recoveries for suppliers
  (financial chargeback for quality nonconformance)
• Adjustment of Incoming inspection, creating incoming control plans
• Revision status of PPAP documentation, revision and approval od PPAP
• Achieving department targets (Supplier PPM, financial chargebacks)

Repairing of truck vehicles and production of specialized superstructures, winches and another constructions

• Responsibility for materials and services, Allocation of work for employees
• Supervision of safety compliance at workplace
• Checking the quality of work
• Order of spare parts, the control of the production cost for individual contracts
• Provision of necessary equipment
• Filling Time sheets and Statements of material by employees
• Preparing documents for billing
• Communication with customers and subcontractors
• Diagnostic of vehicles (work with Cummins software for motor diagnostics)
